It depends on the country of delivery.
There are international rules that make transactions easier for buyers and sellers – “incoterms”. It is a set of international rules related to the international exchange of goods, which specify the duties and responsibilities of the seller and the buyer, specify the terms of delivery of the goods, costs, risks and formalities .
We use two groups of Incoterms for all destinations outside the European Union as well as for the French Overseas Territories.
DDP (duty paid on delivery) :
- Transport costs are the responsibility of the exporter (seller)
- Duties and taxes payable by the exporter (seller)
DAP (delivered on site) :
- Transport costs are the responsibility of the exporter (seller)
- Duties and taxes payable by the importer (customer)
Above you will find a link to the list of countries to which we deliver in accordance with the DDP incoterm, this list is also given in the footer.
You can also find the payment terms for customs and taxes on our delivery pages and on each invoice.
In DAP mode as the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs at the arrival. If, in any case, the recipient refuses the shipment, taxes and customs duties will be deducted from the refund.
As we are unable to indicate how much this may represent, we encourage our customers to check local taxes and customs duties before ordering. Shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from the local authorities for the duties owed.
