You must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the items purchased on the Site and you must return such items to us at your expense within fourteen (14) business days of notification. Items must be in the same condition in which you received them:

- the products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged;

- the product label must always have a unique seal on the product;

- products must be returned whole and unused in their original packaging

If you are returning items because of an error on our part or because they are damaged or defective, we will reimburse you for the delivery costs associated with sending the items to you.

You must notify us of an error in the items delivered or a damaged or defective item within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt. If the product is found to be defective after thirty (30) days, please contact us for return information.

You must return the items to us within fourteen (14) business days from the date you notify us of the cancellation in the same condition in which you received them. You also have a legal duty to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession.

How to return goods:

- the products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged;

- the product label must always be affixed to the product.

If you cancel the contract within 14 working days, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days of the date of your cancellation notice. We will refund the full price of the product after deducting delivery costs.

If damaged items are returned, we will check the damage or defect as soon as possible and notify you of the refund by email within a reasonable time. Refunds will generally be made as quickly as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days of full receipt of the product, including delivery costs.

If we find no defects in the returned items, you will receive a message informing you that the returned products cannot be accepted and you will be able to choose to receive your items again.
